Refund policy

The returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To complete your return, email 'me [at] cjwarwood [dot] com' with a receipt or proof of purchase attached.

You will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges. The return postage you pay is non-refundable. Tracked delivery is advisable as we are not liable for returned items that go missing.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied back to the credit card or original method of payment used to place the order.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
