Happy November,

I hope you’re all having a better month than I am.

A couple of months ago I pinged over an email to the organisers of the Chester Literature Festival. I’m a local lad and, oh my days, the library in Chester is sensational! I’m also a small time middle grade author who has NEVER stood in front of people with one of my books in my hand. I much prefer sitting behind a laptop with a glass of whiskey.

A couple of weeks ago I got an email from the organisers of the Chester Literature Festival. And now, as a result of that lovely email, I no longer have any clean underwear. So, if you’re in the area please come along and bring a spare pile of boxers for me.
